Jemima D. Davis
Jemima has adopted a lifestyle of service in ministry, raising a family and building legacy by using her gifts in meaningful and impactful ways. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and has a Minor degree in Mental Health professions from Montgomery College. Jemima` is the Co-Founder of the 501 3 c Non-Profit organization Jean Joseph Darbouze Foundation which promotes action driven advocacy in rural, remote cities and villages in Haiti. Founded in 2008 their mission is to build families and communities. One of the most rewarding impacts of the Foundation has been the change that programs bring to unreached communities in Jacmel, Aux Cayes, and neighboring villages. These programs allow the underserved to gain access to education, health care outreach, spiritual enrichment, community development, and disaster relief. She serves as Deacon at Celebration Church in Columbia, MD and actively leads in several ministries including Women, Youth, International Missions and Small Cell Groups.
Jemima is Multi-Lingual and loves to learn about the influence of all cultures on humanity and God’s plans for all nations. She is a work from home mom who educates families on government-mandated saving resources available to them. Besides, she equips small business owners on access to tools to help them elevate their online skills and results in their respective businesses. She enjoys speaking at engagements through various business and nonprofit organizations because she believes that our story is unique, purposeful worth sharing for the benefit of helping someone else.
Jemima enjoys Bible study fellowships, fun time near the beach, traveling and music. She has over 20 years’ experience in non- profit volunteer work and has served in youth mentoring programs for life skills, professional and college preparedness. Marie Miriame Michel
Born in Ravine Normande, Haiti, embodies the meaning of service. She has been serving customers for over 25 years in the DC Metropolitan area. In 2013. Her passion for catering and philanthropy gave birth to Chez Yiamme Catering LLC, and she works tirelessly to help underserved families and communities reach their full potential.
She acts as a skilled leader and enjoys working with others toward a common goal. Her lifestyle aims at enriching others’ lives by creating lasting experiences and building relationships. At the forefront of her agenda remains the goal to reach out to and help individuals in need in Haiti. Her Philanthropic work and desire to help others span nationally and internationally. She is a servant at heart and values family, faith and relationships within her community.
Mrs. Michel holds a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. She has extensive experience in the marketing and sales force field where she has trained hundreds of women in promoting and enriching their lives.
Mrs. Michel serves as a co-founder for the JJ Darbouze Foundation. Her strong belief in community service was ingrained at a very young age. She goes above and beyond her duties to help others develop the confidence that they matter and can succeed no matter the circumstances. She contributes her time, ideas and resources to the progress of the JJ Darbouze organization and has assisted in efforts that help hundreds of families year round in the regions of Arniquet, Les Cayes and Ravine Normande, Jacmel.ype your paragraph here.
